It’s time for a new adventure…

'She lost herself in the trees among the ever-changing leaves.
She wept beneath the wild sky as stars told stories of ancient times.
The flowers grew towards her light, the river called her name at night.
She could not live an ordinary life with the mysteries of the universe hidden in her eyes.’

Christy Ann Martine
For me, a visit to this sacred place feels like coming 'home'. No matter how many times I come back, it undoubtedly takes my breath away.
The ancient ruggedness of the landscape, wild ponies and extreme vastness make the New Forest a beautiful backdrop for any photoshoot.
I took these photos on a particularly moody afternoon in May. We ventured into the heart of the forest, slightly off the beaten track, in search of a good spot to sink our bare feet into the earth, to breathe, run wild and feel the true sense of freedom that comes from being in this spiritual space.
I love to see the world through their eyes and to capture their inquisitive, questioning nature through the lens of my camera brings me much joy. My children are wild spirits and love nothing more than to play outside (when it's not raining!). Documenting special moments like these is what it’s all about.
I’ve been honing my skills as a photographer and learning my camera for the past ten years. My husband purchased my first Canon SLR when our daughter was born and I haven’t stopped falling in love with photography ever since.
I love raw, honest photography. Capturing human connection, the love, the joy, the peaceful moments.
Taking a leap into professional photography is a new adventure for me and I hope that I can share the journey with you.
If you’d like to get in touch to chat, or have some idea for a photoshoot you’d like to discuss, then I’d love to hear from you!
Thanks for reading, Clare x
