I absolutely adore personal branding shoots, and my recent 'behind the brand' session with super talented artist and illustrator, Fiona McTaggart, was immensely insightful and an absolute joy to photograph. Fiona's creative process involves a beautiful fusion of collage and printmaking, drawing inspiration from family experiences, nutrition, and her commitment to well-being. These elements not only inspire her art but also form the essence of her creative practice, which requires skill, patience and originality in abundance. Fiona refines her observations through collage techniques, utilising hand-painted papers to turn her bold designs into stunning, digitally enhanced, seamless surface pattern designs for wallpapers and fabrics.
